Our best company benefit is for me personally definitely home office because I live out of Prague and I can save a lot of time by not communiting to work every day. How can I apply?

We carefully evaluate each profile and look for the right match. It is not necessary to apply for multiple positions. We encourage you to carefully consider your skills and preferences and during our initial contact, we will discuss which position aligns best with your profile.

How can I prepare for the job interview?
To prepare for the interview, we recommend thoroughly reviewing the job description. It can be also helpful to familiarize yourself with our company and its culture. Explore our website and LinkedIn profile.
How does the first round proceed?
The first round is most of the time held online and lasts 45-60 minutes. You will meet a hiring manager and a recruiter.
What questions should I prepare for?
Primarily, clarify your motivation for applying for the position and highlight the skills and experiences that will help you perform the job.
What equipment will I need for a remote interview?
The interview will take place on Microsoft Teams, in advance we will send you an invitation to the meeting with a link to connect. Prior to the interview, please ensure that your browser has the camera and microphone enabled. We also highly recommend choosing a quiet surroundings and a non-disruptive background.
How does the second round of the interview look like?
In the second round of the interview, you will come to our office which is in Nové Butovice (metro line B) to get to know our workplace.
You will find out more detailed information about the position and usually a case study or a practical task is a part of the second interview. But do not worry, we will inform you in advance. The interview duration is 60 minutes.
How should I dress for a job interview?
We follow business casual dress code, but the most important thing is that you feel comfortable during the interview.
How can I cancel my job interview?
If you need to reschedule or completely withdraw your job application, contact the recruiter via email.
What salary conditions can I expect?
The important thing for us is to know your salary expectation. We follow the current labor market situation by setting comparable conditions for all our employees, which we then compare with your expectations so that we are able to make a competitive offer at the end of the selection process.
Is it possible to work from home?
Certainly! we have the flexibility to work remotely up to 4 days a week since you stay in the Czech Republic.
